Q. How much revenue must I produce to use this program?
A. There is no minimum revenue required to participate in this program.
Q. Do I need one account per site or page?
A. No. Use one account for all of your sites and pages.
Q. I changed my URL or site, do I need to inform you?
A. No, it doesn't matter.
Q. How can I send traffic?
A. Whatever way you like, as long as you don't spam. We take spamming very seriously, as customers tend
to complain if they get unwanted email, and that gets us in trouble. You don't want shit like that in your
inbox, so don't put it in anyone else's. If we catch you spamming, you're GONE.
Q. How does the system work?
A. Send traffic to the URL you were assigned when you signed up for the program (check the banners page if you've forgotten
it). The customer will be sent to Paycom (behind the scenes, the customer will not be aware that he is coming over
to Paycom), the cookie will be injected that says you are to receive credit for any sales, then the customer will
be sent to the wwwbigfatliarmovie.com home page. When the customer clicks on a join button for either credit card or checks,
Paycom will look for the cookie, and automatically credit that reseller with the sale.
One of the biggest advantages and niceties of this cookie system is the cookie is present for 60 minutes in the
customer's browser. This means if the customer decides not to sign up right away, but then comes to wwwbigfatliarmovie.com
directly at a later time, the affiliate will still get credit for the sale.
Paycom also logs unique information about the customer so that you still get credit for the sale if the customer
has cookies turned off!
Q. What are the payout dates for resellers?
A. Resellers are paid weekly for all proceeds from their sales minus any fees or reserves as agreed to in their
contract. Checks must reach a minimum of $52.00 US to be issued. Amounts less than $52.00 will carry over to the
next pay period or until the $52.00 minimum is met.
Checks are mailed weekly. Your check covers a seven-day period and runs two weeks behind. The pay-period is from
Saturday until Friday. For example 11/07/98 is the pay-out date for the week of 10/17/98 thru 10/23/98. Please
allow an average of 3 to 5 business days to receive your check. (Be sure to use the days Saturday thru Friday in
your Reports query if you are trying to verify your payment amount.) For further payment questions, contact Paycom

Q. Are resellers accountable for charge-backs and refunds?
A. Yes, resellers are responsible for their portion of refunds and charge-backs.
Q. Are your percentages flexible?
A. That all depends on how well you're performing! If you're sending 20 or more signups per day, let us know and
we can work something out.
